Positional Therapy: For those with acute or chronic pain, positional therapy offers a gentle, non invasive way to relieve pain and neuromuscular strain and increase range of motion. Each session begins with a thorough assessment to identify muscle imbalances, postural distortions, and habitual holding patterns that may be the --root cause of discomfort. Simple hands-on technques and stretches are used to guide the body back into balance and offer immediate releif. Common ailments that may benefit from postional therapy include headaches, migraines, sciatica, tendonitis, neck and back pain, plantar fascitis, and stress.

Thai Massage: Balance your body with this nurturing body work. Welcome a deep stretch with yoga-based stretches and rhythmic compression along the energy pathways and meridian points. You will feel both energized and relaxed. Each session takes place on a traditional floor mat and is designed to meet your individual needs and abilities. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

In a Kriya session* you will be guided to connect your mind and body through conscious, rhythmic breathing techniques. Stress and holding patterns in the physical and energetic body will be released through these breath cycles. Many people experience a deep, cathartic release of emotions and negative "holding" patterns. In this new space, the body is filled with prana (vital life force) energy and the fresh oxygen intake detoxifies and purifies the body.
